FAQ

What is the difference between sprouts and microgreens?

They are both tiny plants that are fun to grow and eat. Sprouts are seeds that are sprouted, usually without leaves. Microgreens are grown for a little bit longer, either until they have cotyledons (baby leaves) or true leaves. Find out more in our article.

What do I get in the Sproutie subscription?

You will receive two seed packets each month to grow your own sprouts and microgreens. The seeds weigh between 10-100g depending on the size/weight/variety of seed. These are always different, and come with instructions, so you can learn how to grow as you go.

When will my seeds come?

Seed subscriptions ship on or around the 15th of each month.

How does billing work for subscriptions?

You are billed automatically on the 1st of each month. You can cancel any time (but we think you'll love it). Just email us or go to your customer portal.

How does shipping work?

We use Australia Post to send your order. Please note due to these unprecedented times, there are some delays being experienced with Australia Post. You can estimate your delivery time with AusPost. Our shipping page has more information about this.

Where do your seeds come from?

We currently source seeds from a reputable, family-run farm in NSW. We are always looking for new and exciting seeds so do get in touch if you are interested in becoming a supplier. We dream of one day having a farm to grow our own Sproutie seeds!
