Shipping policy

Sproutie ships within Australia. Due to restrictions, we do not ship seeds to Tasmania or Western Australia.

Shipping costs

Shipping is $2.20 for all Sproutie seed subscription. There is a flat rate of $12 for shipping on orders containing other products. Express post costs an additional $3, with a flat rate of $15 for express Auspost shipping.

Shipping time for subscriptions

Seed subscriptions ship on or around the 15th of each month.

Shipping time for other products

All non-subscription products will be processed and sent within 3 working days.

Delivery method

We use Australia Post to send your order. Please note due to these unprecedented times, there are some delays being experienced with Australia Post. You can estimate your delivery time with AusPost here: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/
