How to use:
- Put seeds in the bag and leave in a dish of water to soak for the recommended time.

How to wash:
Wash in warm soapy water before the first use. Some natural colour from the hemp fibre may be seen when washing. Soak in freshly boiled water and dry in the sun between uses.
